Product Information

We do our best to provide accurate product descriptions, part numbers, compatibility information, photos, and pricing. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that the part being ordered is correct for their equipment before purchase.

Camera manufacturers may use similar parts across different models, and some models may have multiple versions. If you are unsure whether a part is correct, please contact us before ordering.

Genuine Parts

PartsGrab specializes in genuine OEM camera parts whenever stated in the product listing. Product condition, brand, compatibility, and part number information will be listed on each product page when available.

Installation

Replacement parts should be installed by a qualified technician. Some parts are delicate and may be damaged by static electricity, improper tools, excessive force, or incorrect installation.

PartsGrab is not responsible for damage caused during installation or use of a purchased part.

Orders & Payment

Payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you regarding a refund or alternative option.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. PartsGrab is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, lost packages due to incorrect addresses, or delays outside of our control.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in eligible condition. Installed, damaged, altered, or used parts may not be accepted for return.

Limitation of Liability

PartsGrab is not liable for damage to cameras, lenses, camcorders, equipment, or other property resulting from improper installation, incorrect diagnosis, or use of a purchased part.
