Shipping

We offer fast and free U.S. shipping on eligible orders. Most orders ship within 1 business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, and any delays outside of our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received and must include any original packaging, labels, or protective materials when applicable.

Parts that have been installed, damaged, altered, or used may not be eligible for return. Electronic parts, LCD screens, flex cables, circuit boards, and similar components must be handled carefully and installed by a qualified technician.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return.

Important Installation Notice

Many replacement parts require proper tools, experience, and technical knowledge to install. We recommend that all electronic parts be installed by a qualified technician. PartsGrab is not responsible for damage caused during installation, improper handling, or incorrect part installation.
